New World

I was so excited because we were going to go to the SuperMarket, We went there to look at some food products and read the labels so we could write them on our paper.

First we had to walk to New World, And we met the food for thought lady, And her name was Adele, She told us first some rules and she gave us papers that had written the fat,Energy,Sugar and a lot of other things. We had to read the labels on the product and write it on our papers. She also gave us some card board so we could put our papers on top.

Finally we got to go inside, It was so cool, We had to read a lot of labels. I got so sad because it was time’s out, We had to go back to school, I really wanted to stay at the market but I couldn’t. Everyone met outside and Adele gave us some goodie bags, They were little gardens, I loved the trip. I learnt a lot of new stuff like, Products that are healthy and products that are not healthy. Now I know why we should stay healthy.

Athletics Session 2

Yesterday we were learning to do some athletics, The coaches name was Danny. First we did a game called sources and cups, We played another game called Rats and rabbits it was very fun playing that game, We had to get into pairs, My buddy was Sylvia, I was a Rabbit and Sylvia was a Rat. We played these games to get us warmed up for the next thing the coach was going to talk about. We did some relays and the coach told us to first lay down and when he claps we get up and run. It was so much fun. The coach told us some skills we have to do and they were, High knees, Cheek to Cheek and eyes on the prize which means look straight. I was learning to do all of them but it was a bit hard. My goal is to try my best to do all the skills the coach said.

First we had to lay down
