Basket Ball Session 2

This week we had another session of basket ball. As usual we first did some warm ups. For the warm ups we did, Butt Kicking which is when you put your hands on your butt and you kick your butt while your running. We also did something called High Knees which is, When you are running your knees have to go high. After all of that we did some cool skills, It was kind of like a challenge but it wasn't, We did something which was quite hard, You had to pair up with someone and one person is bouncing the ball and the other person shows numbers with their fingers and you have to say the number while you are bouncing the ball.

Basket Ball Session 1

Last week at Basket ball was very Tough. We first got In lines and then we started to warm up and we started off Jojjing. We did another warm up that was jumping up and down in one leg and then on the other. I learnt a lot of new skills such as Butt kicking which is jojjing but you have to kick your butt. We also learnt passing the ball on the top of our heads to one hand and another. I was trying my best to do but I didn't get it right. The hardest thing was that we had to take the ball around our hips and we have to make sure the ball doesn't touch us. My next step is to keep on trying and make sure I do most of them right. Do you guys like Basketball.
