Yesterday we were learning to do some athletics, The coaches name was Danny. First we did a game called sources and cups, We played another game called Rats and rabbits it was very fun playing that game, We had to get into pairs, My buddy was Sylvia, I was a Rabbit and Sylvia was a Rat. We played these games to get us warmed up for the next thing the coach was going to talk about. We did some relays and the coach told us to first lay down and when he claps we get up and run. It was so much fun. The coach told us some skills we have to do and they were, High knees, Cheek to Cheek and eyes on the prize which means look straight. I was learning to do all of them but it was a bit hard. My goal is to try my best to do all the skills the coach said.
